Data processing

Any processing of personal data carried out by Qarnot Computing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (known as RGPD) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms.

Execution of contracts

Qarnot Computing processes, for natural persons or representatives of legal entities:

The data is kept 1 year after the end of the contract + 4 years in an archive.

Right to access, modify and delete

In accordance with the RGPD and the amended “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, you have a right to access (article 15 of the RGPD) and to rectify (article 16 of the RGPD) data concerning you as well as a right to request the limitation of the processing of your data (article 18 of the RGPD).

In accordance with article 12 of the RGPD, each request must be accompanied by relevant information to demonstrate your identity. It will be answered as soon as possible and in any event in accordance with the provisions of article 12 above. If there is reasonable doubt as to the identity of the natural person submitting the request, it may be requested to provide additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the person concerned, including proof of identity.

You can also file a complaint with competent data protection authority.

Right to access, modify and delete

Qarnot Computing may use subcontracting for all or part of the personal data collected; and undertakes to include its security requirements in its contracts with them.
Qarnot Computing transfers data to companies hosting their data outside the European Union. Qarnot Computing ensures that the laws and practices of the destination countries do not affect personal data and if not, puts in place additional measures to ensure their protection.
